Is there any way to fix this? I keep having to disable and re-enable the add on to work around.

Hi Jonathan, Thanks for your bug report. There is no workaround for this bug other than disabling the add-in or refreshing individually each PivotTable. I see you are already subscribed to this bug, so you'll get a notification when the bug status changes.

Posted by developer: Fixed the custom Refresh All functionality overriden by MySQL for Excel to fire a refresh not only to Excel tables (ListObjects) but also to Pivot Tables.

Posted by developer: Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL for Excel 1.3.4 release, and here's the changelog entry: The "Refresh All" action did not function for pivot tables. Each pivot table had to be individually updated. Thank you for the bug report.
