I was just toggling and watching the data in different places. Opsss! It happened again just now another crash. I was watching Server Status and I noticed that in my data base, the one that belongs to the ecommerce I am working on the configuration file was marked as "unknown". Not sure why because I do gave a configuration file (my.cnf) on the root of the MySQL directory.
