Description:
The latest ODBC Connector 5.3 supports SSL, but on the client side has no way of requiring SSL the way the Net Connector does with the option "SSL Mode=Required".

Adding this to the ODBC Connector would provide feature parity, and it safe guards against various accidents.

How to repeat:
Mistype "sslca=" as "sslac=". It quietly disables SSL without any error.

Suggested fix:
Add an option to require SSL.

Is this now fixed in 5.3.7?
