Description:
currently i upgrade the MySqlServer in my laptop from 5.6.14.0 to 5.6.22.0, and i found the connector/net(version:6.7.4) can not be upgraded to version 6.9.5. i got the log and not know what to do.

could you please check this log and propose any solution? thanks indeed.

How to repeat:
install mysql connector/net 6.7.4 and upgrade
