Both pages have a link to an example patch... which leads to a 404.

Restore from:

Maybe also check if they still apply cleanly? And then add to the main code and keep it maintained.

These sections refer to external patches not maintained by us, and the instructions are for old distributions anyway.

Removing both sections.
