Description:
Adding a server should internally trigger provisioning So that the slave will be in sync with the master.

How to repeat:
create a group
add a server
-----------------

Create a group
add servers
promote
now add another server to the group
-------------------

Create a group
add servers
promote
remove a server
add that server again to group after few transactions
