Description:
Saving a model (mwb file) in path with Greek chars crashes Workbench. 

The bug was reported some time ago by me. I had been informed that the bug was fixed but apparently it was not.

How to repeat:
1. create a folder in your desktop using greek chars. For example: αβγδεζηθικ
2. put an mwb file inside, and double click it to open
3. change something and press the save button. Workbench crashes

alternatively:

1. create a folder in your desktop using greek chars. For example: αβγδεζηθικ
2. run workbench
3. create a model and add something (i.e. a table)
4. save the mwb file inside the folder cleated at step 1
