Description:
When execute multiple updated simultaneously in federated engine it throws SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1205 Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction

but the same process is working fine if connect to the remote database table. 

I am using InnoDB.

 

How to repeat:
create table in InnoDB in some remote system

create same table with federated engine in another system

invoke two update process simultaneously in the federated table

you will receive lock wait timeout error
