Description:
The "Text Output" section of the "Output" pane appears to have outlived its purpose. I cannot force any output to this section.

How to repeat:
1. Enable the bottom "Output" pane
2. Toggle it to "Text Output"
3. Attempt to populate this pane with data

The "Execute (All or Selection) to Text" and "Execute Current Statement (Vertical Text Output)" options (under the "Query" in the main navigation panel) output to their own tabs in the main results grid, and not here. IIRC, these used to output to the aforementioned "Text Output" section but no longer do.

Suggested fix:
Use or remove the "Text Output" option under the "Output" pane. Or, explain its use so it can be documented.
