Description:
When editing index length editor keeps resetting its value to 0 in both model and db table. It also resets this value in old indexes when clicked on this value.

How to repeat:
Open table either from model or DB. Select Indexes tab. Create index, select text column and set length 8.

Still a bug as of 6.3.9(10690321), Ubuntu 16.04. Approaching 3rd year mark now and still causing me trouble each time I want to use a column that requires a length to be set in an index. If I can help in any way, by testing, creating some test case or whatever, please let me know..
