A had the same problem, the way it happened to me was: when windows was still loading, just after the login, i started the query browser and immediately netbeans 3.6, after that the error didn't disappear, also I noticed that I can't call the query browser from the system tray monitor, it seems disabled. The problem happened to me in the version 1.1.3, so I downloaded and installed the 1.1.4, but the bug remains.

It appears that the problem dissapears when you create other schemas and delete them from MySQL administrator. At least that worked for me.
