Description:
Saving a moddeled file for example "Lösung 1234.mwb" causes an error when reopening the model:

"Cannot open document 'C:\Lösung 1234.mwb'. Cannot open document file: No error"

After rename the file to "Loesung 1234.mwb" the error is gone. In Workbench 6.1.7 this error is not present.

How to repeat:
Name a file with german umlaut/mutation.

Suggested fix:
Rename the file, that no umlaut/mutation is in the filename or use MySQL Workbench version 6.1.7.

Thank you for the bug report. Indeed 6.1.7 doesn't present this issue.
