Bug #74823 MySQL Enterprise Backup - ERROR: Opening of sbt file bkpsbtNB failed with error

Dear support,
I have a problem to integrated MySQL Enterprise Backup with Netbackup and I have configurated a policy on Netbackup and executed backup on MEB, but during executing the MEB presented this error:

mysqlbackup: INFO: Creating 14 buffers each of size 16777216.
141106 15:42:25 mysqlbackup: ERROR: meb_sbt_session_open: sbtinit() failed with error -1, oerror -1, verror 7501
mysqlbackup: ERROR: Opening of sbt file bkpsbtNB failed with error code: 1.

mysqlbackup failed with errors!

I used this command line :

[root@XXX~]# mysqlbackup --datadir=/home/database/ --port=3306 --protocol=tcp --user=backup --password=backup --backup-image=sbt:bkpsbtNB --sbt-lib-path=/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/libobk.so64 --sbt-environment="NB_ORA_SERV=BX, NB_ORA_CLIENT=XNEW, NB_ORA_POLICY=MK-CX-PX-MEB" --backup-dir=/home/backupdir/ backup-to-image

And this command presented this output:

Please ensure you are followed all instructions from https://blogs.oracle.com/mysqlenterprisebackup/entry/meb_support_to_netbackup_mms (I see you missed at least ORACLE_HOME environment variable and you did not follow this rule: "But please make sure that policy type is "Oracle"."), then check NetBackup error logs.
