Description:
When attempting to execute the mysql-workbench-community-6.2.3-win32.msi installer (to upgrade v6.1.6), a dialog message displays:

"The operating system is not adequate for running MySQL Workbench 6.2 CE. You need Windows 7 or newer and .Net 4.0 Client Profile installed."

It is not able to continue the Wizard even after checking that the prerequisites have been installed.

The server version is "Windows Server 2003 R2" (x86), the .Net 4.0 Client Profile is installed as is the Visual C ++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013.

How to repeat:
Execute the installer on the same platform as described above.
