Description:
The dutch translation in ./sql/share/errmsg-utf8.txt is not complete.

How to repeat:
Check errmsg-utf8.txt

Add 67 translated strings previously untranslated. (*) I confirm the code being submitted is offered under the terms of the OCA, and that I am authorized to contribute it.

Thanks for your translation of MySQL's error messages.

I've been looking at your Dutch translation now 2 times, with a bit time in between to let it sink in. I speak Dutch, but it is weird to see MySQL error messages translated. Must be a habit I guess.

I would not mind having a translation, but I'm not sure if it is all that useful. If you would see the word "vreemdesleutelbeperkingnaam", I think a few folks in Belgium and The Netherlands would to have search online what it means. In this example, Foreign Key is probably well known and baked in.

(How far courses in The Netherlands or Belgium have progressed in using Dutch translation for basic database functionality?)

For Germany (where I live now), I see it differently, as Germany (and France) are more keen in finding words in their native languages. Us, Dutch speaking, I believe we are more familiar and stronger with English in this case. Though I can imagine that it would look nice in Dutch interfaces and books to have error message translated.

That said, there are few typo's in your patch, like "binarire", "wrodt", etc. But more importantly, "foreign key" is being translated, but lots of places English is mixed with Dutch:
* "ook niet door andere _clients_"
* "toekomstige _release_"
* "huidige policy"

The above 3 examples, I wouldn't directly know how to translated them either.

Maybe we should take this up for a vote. Maybe we can have more Dutch speaking folks weighing in on this bug?

I've used this to measure the percentage of translated strings:
awk '/^(WARN|ER)/ { errcnt++ } /^\s*nla / { nlacnt++ } END { printf("nla translated: %d of %d (%f%%)\n",nlacnt,errcnt,(nlacnt/errcnt)*100) }' sql/share/errmsg-utf8.txt

My nld_translation branch has 55% and the 5.7 branch has 24% of the strings translated to dutch.
