Description:
It doesn't export all selected data in Excel when exporting Excel data to new table. It only exports the rows in the Preview window. 

How to repeat:
Just select more than 999 rows in Excel file and click "Export Excel Data to New Table"

The bug doesn't appear in version 1.2.1.
