Description:
I was trying to install MySQL Server 5.6 for x64 and then the following unhandled exception occurred.

Cannot find a matching quote character for the character "".

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

How to repeat:
Press "Add" on the dashboard
Explore the MySQL server tree.
Select or Double click the "MySQL Server 5.6.21-X64" or any installable software

I'm currently using the following system specifications:

Operating system: Windows 7 professional Service Pack 1
Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00 GHz
Installed RAM: 1.50 GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System

Steps I used to install MySql server
1.Started mysql-installer-community-5.6.21.1 installer
2.Allowed access on UAC
3.Pressed "Add" in the MySql dashboard
4.Searched for MySql server on the selection tree
5.Expand the selection tree until I reach MySql server5.6.21 X64 node
6.Click on the MySql server5.6.21 X64 node

This is when the error occurs:
Cannot find a matching quote character for the character "".

This bug was in older installers version, please try downlaoding the latest installer and update the catalog
