Description:
The advise for the "MySQL server is UNREACHABLE" topic contains html code.

"The last error message reported by the server was: Creating driver instance; SQL []; Communications link failure&#10;&#10;The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.; nested exception is com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure&#10;&#10;The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.."

How to repeat:
Setup mem and go to a unreachable agent message.

Suggested fix:
Replace &#10; with linefeed.
