Description:
This error happened after installing the latest version. In VS 2008 at design time on selecting any control this error generated:

"The Control System.Windows.Forms.xxxxx has thrown an unhandled exception in the designer and has been disabled.

Exception: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory  is corrupt.

How to repeat:
After Complete Format and re-installing the older version.
