Description:
The following error occurs when installing over a MySQL 3.23.49-nt instance (the Winmysqladmin was stopped before starting setup):

An error occured during the move data process: -132

How to repeat:
Unarchive mysql-4.0.22-win, start setup.exe.

Please verify that any older version already installed don't
has any executable running (server, winmysqladmin and
so on). That error message means that the insatller wasn't able for
to re-written the new file over the older one.
