Description:
Team,

We working on mysql-installer-community-5.6.21.1.msi mysql windows community server , In this created sample user as test and given only select rights on test user but test user drop and creating new database in mysql instance . Also checked in mysql-5.5.37-win32.msi mysql community server its showing access denied error perfectly.
