Description:
When the type of installation is custom, for whatever product selected in the "Available Products" list, an exception is thrown with a message similar to "String not known as valid DateTime" and it is not possible to proceed with the installation since no product can be selected.

How to repeat:
1. Open the MSI Package (mysql-installer-community-5.6.21.1.msi);
2. Accept the license agreement, click Next;
3. Select Custom, click Next;
4. In the list "Available Products", expand "MySql Servers";
5. Now, expand "MySQL Server" and, then, "MySQL Server 5.6";
6. Select "MySQL Server 5.6.21 - X64" (or any other);
7. The exception dialog appears.
