Description:
There are incompatible changes in the libmysqlclient ABI between 5.6 and 5.7. Please bump the major version number.

There are also known ABI incompatibilities between 5.5 and 5.6, but the major version wasn't bumped. To allow us to bump the version number in 5.6 if it becomes necessary, 5.7 should bump to major version 20.

How to repeat:
Compare the libmysqlclient ABI in 5.6 and 5.7.

Suggested fix:
Bump libmysqlclient to version 20.0.0.

Noted in 5.7.6 changelog.

The libmysqlclient version number has been incremented to 20.0.0.
