As output truncates in the GUI interface this is not useful for determining the problem.

Posted by developer: Fixed as of the MySQL Installer 1.4.5 release, and here's the changelog entry: The most recent version of MySQL Notifier could not be downloaded and installed. Thank you for the bug report.
