Description:
Bug 3597 still exists in Administrator 1.0.18. 
Just installed SQL server 5.0.2 alpha and Administrator 1.0.18 for XP (home);
first thing I wanted to do after installation is adding users, but this is not possible. Exactly as in (closed) bug 3597, and suggested work-around doesn't work.

I noticed that this is solved in 1.0.19
