Description:
Hi,

The installer always creates a shortcut in the Start Menu. Could it detect whether it's an install or upgrade and only do that (by default) when it's an install?

How to repeat:
Install.

Closing this since the MySQL Installer for Windows has taken over from the old plain msi installers for MySQL on Windows.
