Description:
Expanding groups in the interfaces screen doesn't work in MSIE9, but it does work in Firefox 31.0

How to repeat:
With MSIE9 on Win7:
Go to "Dashboards" > "MySQL Instances" and try to expand one or more groups (either by clicking the + button or the "Expand All" button)

On MSIE9 I also have a "Delete Agents" button and a "Hide Panel" (not a button, but clickable text).

I've tried with and without compat mode (See Bug #71678)
