Trying to browse to https://bugs.mysql.com leads to
Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

What if I'm filing a bug with sensitive information on a public network?
Please enable https here.

In these days, nobody should be forced to use http

If you are filing a bug with sensitive information then you should use "Files" tab above and upload the information using SFTP service. Placing sensitive information on a web page even secured with HTTPS is not really safe.
