My bad. I *did* search the bugs database, but didn't note the prior report. As this report notes: http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=73166 the versioning of the Installer itself is something of a mystery. There is nothing on the download page for 5.6.19 that indicates the version of the installer itself, so I have no idea when 1.3.7 will be posted. I'll use the workaround in the meantime though.
