The CLIENT_SESSION_TRACK is not documented on http://dev.mysql.com/doc/internals/en/capability-flags.html

It however is mentioned on http://dev.mysql.com/doc/internals/en/packet-OK_Packet.html

The MySQL Internals manual will be removed in the foreseeable future, and replaced by https://dev.mysql.com/doc/dev/mysql-server/latest/.
