Since --random-passwords is now enabled by default in 5.7, the option becomes redundant and has been removed.

Removal makes it more difficult for programs to work with many versions of the server in an automated way.

Suggested fix:
It would be more convenient if --random-passwords was accepted as an option, but a warning emitted saying that this option is now always on.
