Description:
Table 5.2 from http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-utilities/1.4/en/mysqlfailover.html explains that any callback scripts passed to mysqlfailover will be invoked with particular parameters. However it doesn't explain what form they will take or how the script can parse them.

Suggested fix:
Document exactly what is passed to the script and how.

Fixed in 1.4 and 1.5 documentation.
