Description:
Change our cmake scripts to handle the new directory layout for Sun C++ 5.13

How to repeat:
Build with the beta release of the new Sun Studio compiler.

Suggested fix:
The stlport libraries are located in different directories.
Do a version check of what compiler is in use.

Noted in 5.7.5 changelog.

CMake support was updated to handle the new directory layout for Sun
C++ 5.13.
