Description:
Cannot install MySQL 5.6.19 (GA community) server on Windows 8.1 if advanced options are selected to specify the folder of the error log file and the slow query log file. This problem is repeatable. 

An infinite loop starts at the "configuring" stage.  If the advanced options are not selected then there is no opportunity to specify the location of the log files and the installation succeeds. 

How to repeat:
Remove the product and install again. The problem is reproducible.
