Description:
Hi ,

I have installed the Mysql 5.5.37 version in sun solaris 10. After the successful completion of installation, the /var/lib/mysql directory is missing. But If I install Mysql 5.5.35, the directory "/var/lib/mysql" is present.

Regards,
Rajkumar M

How to repeat:
Install a fresh Mysql 5.5.37 version on sun solaris 10 machine.

Hello Rajkumar,

Thank you for the report.
Could you please confirm exact native package details for 5.5.35 and 5.5.37(mysql-VERSION-solaris10-PLATFORM.pkg.gz)?

Thanks,
Umesh
