Description:
We have been seeing error Duplicate entry 'xxx' for key 'PRIMARY' in our log files. Since we have many tables in our database, it's very difficult to determine which table that error is coming from. Since we cannot rename primary key constraint, may I suggest including table name in the error message?

This problem was first reported in 2009. Apparently it's still there...

How to repeat:
Insert a row with the same primary key
