Description:
If you create more than 10 Event Handlers, you can only edit the first 10.
If you change the number of handlers shown in the list, only the first 10 have the drop-down action menu.

How to repeat:
Create more than 10 Event Handlers (even empty ones work).

Alswo confirmed in MEM version 3.0.10.
