Description:
Querying a table with a partitions defined BY List Columns(col1) doesn't return rows.

There are rows with the condition, applying col1 Like '...%' does. 

Group By col1 return rows to for this conditions.

How to repeat:
Import the dump added to this report.

Execute:

> Select *
from test_table1
where res_estado = 'OPEN'

--> No rows

Execute:

> Select res_estado, count(*)

from test_table1

group by res_estado
