Description:
The confirmation of SQL DML does not work after modifying rows of a table.

How to repeat:
1) Make sure that the following setting is CHECKED:

Preferences->SQL Queries->Query Results->Confirm Data Changes

2) Right-click a table and "Select Rows"

3) Make a change to the data in the grid view

4) Click Apply
