Description:
The "Show Data Dictionaries and Internal Schemas" preference does not affect (hide) the "information_schema" and "performance_schema" databases, as one might expect.

How to repeat:
Disable "Show Data Dictionaries and Internal Schemas" and view the schema listing. While the 'mysql' database becomes hidden, the "information_schema" and "performance_schema" databases do not.

Tested on Mac OS X and Windows 7.

Workbench 5.2.47 hides the aforementioned databases, although its setting is titled "Show Metadata Schemata"

Suggested fix:
1. Have this setting hide those two databases.
2. Enable this setting by default (so beginners do not delete or mess with them).
