Description:
Attempting to forward engineer model to local mysql server results in SIGABRT crash when generating SQL statement.

Application specific information listed in Problem Report:
Assertion failed: (px != 0), function operator*, file /Volumes/DataHD/JENKINS/workspace/WBBuildMac/label/XSERVE01/mysql-workbench-community-6.1.4-src/../mysql-mac-res/include/boost/smart_ptr/shared_ptr.hpp, line 412.

logs and crash reports attached after bug creation.

How to repeat:
Create model file with multiple related tables.
Connect to localhost before or during forward engineer (order doesn't matter, crashed both ways).
Any options being set also have no effect on result ; click Continue.
Select Objects: Export MySQL Table Objects is only item selected ; click Continue.
Application attempts to show SQL, but immediately crashes.
