Description:
MySQL windows installer fails to install the excel plugin with a 404 not found.

How to repeat:
Download the windows installer Either or  Web / Offline versions as both seem to still require an internet connection to download the excel plugin.

Run the msi package and select the windows excel plugin.

It will fail with : 

The remote server returned an error: 404 Not found.

Updated download location in manifest. Fix is available via new manifest in the MySQL Installer.

This is now fixed, thank you for the bug report.

No changelog will be added, as this fix is not applicable to a specific version of Excel or Installer.
