WB 6.1's help has a missing page with this error.

Error code 404. 

How to repeat:
I used WB 6.1.4 Windows 32-bit, msi version.

(1) Choose Help - Help Index F1
(2) Click '10 Server Administration' on Library Browser
(3) You can get this message ....

Error code 404. 

Message: File Not Found: /wb-html-guitools/wb-server-administration.html. 

Suggested fix:
link valid page.
