"group add" hangs with server as localhost:32274

How to repeat:
Try to add Fabric itself as a server into a group.

Suggested fix:
Use some sort of timeout to avoid blocking in these cases.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Utilities 1.4.3 release, and here's the changelog entry:

A "group add" with a server as "localhost:32274" caused Fabric to hang, as
32274 is the port used by Fabric.
