Full MySQL database installation, except: Python, Excel, Visual Studio components
Clear Windows installation
Clear initial database tables/data
Original database configuration

How to repeat:
When launch Workbench from task bar icon (MySQL Notifier->Configure instance...)
Workbench loaded, but after attempt to load instance (connect to DB, there is only one connection, created after instalation to 'localhost') i received this error.

If try launch Workbench directly by icon/exe all works fine.
