Description:
default install of mysql 5, 

How to repeat:
going into gui administrator, once logged in I click on catalogs and as soon as I click on either of the default installed databases, I get an error that says "instruction could not be read"  Error 2013.  Then it offers to debug in mysqld-nt in C++.
