This page mentions Bug #36618, which is a duplicate of Bug #37521, which is fixed in 5.5.6, 5.6.0. So this bug might not be relevant anymore.

This page only mentions MySQL 5.1 and MySQL 6.0. So an update about the changes in 5.5, 5.6 and 5.7 would be nice. Even a note like 'Nothing changed in 5.{5-7}' would be ok.

The MySQL Internals manual isn't maintained any more. It is in the process of being replaced by https://dev.mysql.com/doc/dev/mysql-server/latest/.
