Description:
setup.py does not copy comments in the configuration file (data/fabric.cfg.in)

How to repeat:
Add comments to data/fabric.cfg.in, then run:

 python setup.py build or

 sudo python setup.py install

Check that the comments are not in the configuration file that is generated. For example, data/fabric.cfg or /usr/local/etc/mysql/fabric.cfg
