Description:
For 2.3 custom data collection was fully documented, but for 3.0 there (almost) isn't any documentation.

How to repeat:
Try to find something like this for MEM 3.0:
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-monitor/2.3/en/mem-custom-data-item-xml-file.html

From http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-monitor/3.0/en/mem-install-agent.html:
"The old Agent's configuration files (mysql-monitor-agent.ini and agent-instance.ini) no longer exist. Use custom.xml instead."

But there isn't any documentation for custom.xml
