Description:
dump.shard_* does not consider that a shard may be disabled and therefore should not be reported through the dump interface.

How to repeat:
Check the code.

Suggested fix:
Don't report a shard when it is disable.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Utilities 1.4.3 release, and here's the changelog entry:

"dump.shard_*" did not take into account disabled shards, and therefore
reported disabled shards through the dump interface.
